Prusa I3 : fan speed

Is it possible to modify the fan speed with repetier ? or in the gcode file ?

My 2 fans (extruder and electronic board) are 100% all the time ...

We can set the fan always running or not in gcode, and you can make the gcode in RepetierHost\slicr\configuration\filament settings\cooling, but it also needs boards support.
I don't know what board your are using, as I know, Ramps1.4 and Sanguinololu cannot support auto cooling fan.

So can I reduce the fan speed ?

Sorry, you can't control its speed, because in the circuit, there is only power supply and GND at 2 sides of the fan, without anyother controlling component. That means you can only have the fan run or not.
