After assembly and some flipping in the plug orientation for the 3 axis i've run into the problem that none of my stepper motors are moving following commands from the LCD. they only pulse and report endstops back.

the motor for the extruder is not moving either.

what can i do here ?

-Ramps 1.4
-Induino

1.Check if the wiring is correct.
2. Manually move the axis to ther center, check if they can go home.

A workaround i found by luck.

1- Went into : Prepare -> Auto Home (the motors pulse, but none of them move.)
2- Prepare -> Disable Stepper Motors
3- Manually move the motors to the home position.

From here on out the operation is fine as far as i can tell...

The issue is that the axes can't auto home. So please do as follows:
1. Check if all the jumper caps have been plugged under A4988.
2. If all the caps have been plugged, manually move the axis to the center of bed. Check if they can autohome. If the motor pulse when reaching the home, you should check the wiring of the endstop.

Is the best solution to disassemble it and replace it with a 12Volt stepper motor? but thanks

I have a problem with the geeetech i3. She connects repetier hots program but when I move the X axis moves is the X and Z axis or sometimes X and Y. Rather not move to the command that ordered him. Working with ramps drv8825 1.4 drivers.
