Okay, got everything together, drivers installed, Geeetech Repetier-host installed, connect turns green. But every time I try to manually move any axis nothing moves and Repetier-host says command waiting and just sits there. I can use the LCD and home the axis just fine. Not sure what to do, help please.

Tried to upload the files you sent.
Grabbed all and dragged them into the Arduino IDE and get this message everytime I try to upload the files:

I was finally able to get the firmware you sent me compiled by using a Mac. I checked Baud rate and uploaded firmware. Set baud rate in Repetier-host. Connected to the printer. Went to home axis and they went the wrong way. changed direction in firmware, uploaded again, they move the correct way but do not stop when they hit the limit switches. This worked fine when using the LCD the axis would home and stop correctly. Also after uploading I have a mintemp error (I double checked to make sure the wiring is correct as per the instructions on your site) and the LCD will no longer let me control the printer, it just shows info. There is no menu when the knob is pushed like before. I have still not heard back from your customer support about the missing DuPont cable for the Z axis so I emailed them again.
