This would streamline answers and replies. I feel like it takes 24 to 48 hours to sometimes even get your question posted
then have to wait another long time to get a reply. This system seems counter productive and is a huge down side with this forum.
I love the forum but hate waiting for approval and again for reply.

I am sorry for your waiting so long time for reply. But we set approval system to avoid spam. Before we used approval system, we had to address more than 1000 spam posts, that will make all the customers who really need help wait longer time.
We refresh the approval system once per minute. As we find a new post, we will address it as far as we can. The only situation that will have our customers wait for 24-48 hours is that the topic is posted on weekend. When we are on duty, we will do our best to help our customers solve their problems timely.

I understand about spam but they have CAPTCHA systems that can filter alot of bots out when posting. I know CAPTCHA is used on alot of other forums I use.

After we set approval system, the amount of spam does decrease. So please understand us. We promise we won't miss any post from our customers and reply you as fast as possible.

May be for old and trusted users who sent more than 5-10 messages turn off approval system.
This system is really annoyed.

Also by removing the approval system, other users can help other users on some issues
