Geeetech Mecreator printing issue

I have brand new Mecreator printer that x axis doesn't work , to make long story short , I have changed the stepper controller and it works , my main issue is

when I print the part stretched on the x axis . Please send me the firmware ASAP as the buyer need his printer ASAP ( digitmakers@gmail.com)

and list for me what might be the root causes for the problem

Do you mean that the model you print is longer than it should be on X axis?

Yes exactly it is double size on x axis

Do you use our firmware? If you use our firmware, did you modify something?

It is brand new printer, no one has touch the firmware .

when I set up the xaxis (from 80to 40 steps/mm) steps to half of the yaxis (80 steps/mm) it provide accurate print . By the way the stepper controller for the xaxis was not working I had extra one that I use .

Please check if all the jumper caps have been well plugged.
