Yun shield - not working lan

The seller sent me here to the engineers.
Yesterday I changed the firmware on Geeetech Yun shield. After wi-fi was not available and I decided to connect via rj-45. I stuck the cable into the port, and there is no reaction. I checked everything you can. Moreover, I rang wires and circuit Board. All is well, but rj-45 does not work. I lost my brain for my robot.

Also the Board is not powered from 3.3 V. Even the power led is not lit.
