Problems with leveling extruders of Geeetech PRO C

Hi,
Recently I bought a Geeetech PRO C, and the printer comes with a dual extruder pre-mounted, and in my first try to print with the 2 extruders, I try to level the bed, but the distance of each extruder to the bed is different.
I already try to put the extruders on same distance but the printing don´t work well.
So I ask if anyone can help with some advise to put the extruders on right position.
