Motors move negative direction when operating from LCD

Hello,
I've been printing normaly with my Prusa i3 Pro B for about two months. It included the LCD display for offline operation however it was faulty when arrived so I've just tried it. My problem is when the printer is operated from the display control it moves nevative direction! Any suggestion on what I'm doing wrong or what's wrong in the printer or display control?
Information in the display is clear and I can move though the menus using the display control board knob.
