Extruder don't work

Hi everybody,
I have just bought a 3d printer by geetech. The seller sent me a new board because there is several problem!!
After the changement, when I nauch a program, everything is Ok, but the extruder doesn't work.
In manual mode, it works good.
Can you help me.
COuld you please send me a tested program for ABS that I test if the problem is the program or the board?!
