I have read through this board.

I followed the instruction of one of the posts.

I verified the Driver Board voltage at the screw to be 1.0v, it was .858.

After this the extruder motors still did not work.

I moved the driver from extruder 0 to x motor and the x motor moved fine.
I moved the driver from extruder 1 to x motor and the x motor moved fine.

I swapped the cable for Motor x with the cable for extruder 0 and the extruder moved but did not move as it should.
The extruder motor made some noise but then stopped.

I think i may have a bad board.

Let's check if it is firmware issue, the firmware has been sent to your email.

I have the same issue...except I went even further and took the pinch roller assembly apart and ran the test program provided by the tech and marked the position of the motors...ran the test program and monitored it...the motors did not turn once...so its the board...or firmware..

I would like some firmware and buy a pair of filament guides that have been cooked off...Is there a part No. available for the filament guides in the extruder heads..

I have the firmware but not sure what to do with the files...I have extracted the .rar folder but not sure where files go on the mac...(no instructions on wiki, or on the forum yet).

In the meanwhile I will search for a mac file...and see if i can follow the procedures..
