Hi, I recently purchased a Geeetech G2 mini rostock kit from you. Most everything is working, But I cannot seem to get the bed to working temperature. The resistance on the bed measures 6.2 ohms, this seems too high. Can you check your specifications, and if this is out of the normal range can you please send me a replacement? Thank you!

Hi, how did you test the resistance of hot bed? Did you unplug the heating wires? Could you please take a photo?

I just finished zeroing everything out, so I didn't want to disassemble the bed. I unplugged the heater from the board, and measured the resistance at the solder pads 1 to 3. Would you still like a picture?

Of course you need to unplug the wire, otherwise the value you get could be the resistance of somewhere of the mainboard.
You'd better show me how you test the resistance.

There was a cold solder joint, I am now at 3-4 ohms for the bed. After some further analysis, I determined the power supply cannot adequately heat the bed, so I am replacing it.
