Extruder and Bed temprature

Hi Zhang,
I was able to move the motors thorough manual control.
Now I have a issue with the extruder and bed temperature.
I am using ABS material what is the setting for ABS.
I have set Extruder at 180 deg and Bed temp at 95.
I am getting extruder 107 deg and bed temp 35. please see attached picture.
How to resolve the issue.

here are some ways to troubleshoot the problem.
1.Pulling out the thermistor wire and using a multimeter to measure resistance of thermistors,the value should be 0;
2.Connecting the thermistor slots with Jumper Caps,check the resistance of thermistors,the value should be 385;
3.without heating,please check the temperature show on the LCD.if it could read the indoor temperature,parameter-reading is OK.
4.Please take some photos of heating block and send them to me ,maybe thermistor come out from heating block.
if the value of step1,2,3 is ok,the board is good.
