G2S Dual Not Autoleveling - Not Flat Move X/Y axis

Hi everyone. I've just bought Delta GS2 3D printer and I have spent lot of time trying to print the first piece but It looks like the extruder don't move flat and that makes it impossible to print.
I've read several times the instructions and the G29 command makes the extruder to crash into the bed so I try to set the Z min manually. Once I figured out how to do it I found out that the moves in X/Y axis where not flat. I'm very disappointed with the printer quality. I thought that was much easier to configure, by now I don't know what to do to solve it.

I will appreciate anyone that can help me with this.

hi,can the printer home when control by repetier host?and maybe you did not set up well for the printer.
