Hello,

I have finished building and calibrating my printer but cannot seem to get the extruder-stepper motor to work. I cannot seem to be able to test it on Repetier or from the G2's LCD controls. I have had my printer for just over 2 weeks and am still unable to print.


I would really appreciate the help and assistance.

Try to examine your extruder motor wires,did they connect correct?
Or did you plug in the jumper caps to the motors?

Hi Mark,

I examined the wires and was able to fix it I think, I was able to head the extruder and got the servo to move the filament up and down using the LCD controls on the G2, however, I cannot seem to be able to print, I did not receive an endstop for my hotend nozzle but customer service assured me I could print without it but I do not understand how nor was I told. I'd really appreaciate some help with this issue too, youve helped me troubleshoot so many times. Thank you.
