Nozzle size question

I bought a geeethech MeCreator 3D printer ( http://www.banggood.com/3D-Printer-Asse ... 59232.html ).

Before I start does anybody know what the FR100% means that is on the LCD ?

There was almost no assembly required, basically just wired the power supply and LCD. I received a second extruder in a little bag. It says 3 (0.3) on the extra extruder. Now I am not sure what size the extruder is that is fitted to the machine. Reason being is that when i set the machine to print with an 0.2 it prints better (not nearly great) than with the 0.3 If it is standard with a .3 why send me an exra .3 loose in the box ?

I have tried all kinds of settings as you can see.

All prints with 0.3mm ends up looking like this :

0.2 looks better layer wise :

but not that great from front :

seems not all layers are bonded :

Any Advice ?

Hi Mark,

Okay cool. Thank you. I made progress with the printer and think i will add a small fan to the extruder.

Where is the pic as where did I take it ? Its in my house in South Africa ? I printed the same simple model over and over to try and see what changes when I change paramters.

hahaha. Okay sorry, I was up most of the night making prints of a simple cross, So there is a pic of a bunch of crosses on bed.
Posted them to public dropbox. Very odd that you are not able to see them.

I made a mistake initially by not loading the ini file in the slic3r config. It was slicing for a total different machine. Now it looks more or less okay.
