G2s Extruder not working

Hello,

I have a Delta Rostock mini G2s and both extruders are not working and I cannot print anything.
The extruder gear only shakes a little bit back and forward, not enough to move the filament. I have tested even with the feed pipe disconnected from the hotend and the extruder motor do not push the filament.
I already have checked the FAQ. I am sure that the wires are correct, there is enough pressure on extruder spring, and the extruder temperature is ok.
Any help will be appreciated! TIA!

Does the hotends clogged ? Can you manually feed the filament through the hotend by hand when not turn on the extruder motor?

No, the hotends are not clogged, and if it is, I have tested with the feed pipe disconnected and still not moving the filament.
and yes, I can feed manualy...

does the motor work or not without the filament? if it works, then what's the voltage of the motor driver? it usually is 1.0V.
