Mini Delta G2s pulley bearing catastrophic failure

				Hi Folks,
So just out of only one-day's worth of printing, (5 or so parts) One of my axis pulley wheel bearings completely failed and froze up. When I removed the part I discovered that the bearing had completely disintegrated. I did notice that during assembly, one of the pulley wheels was a little tight inserting the bearing for. Is this normal? Ho often should I need to replace a bearing? I'd expect it to be at least a year, depending on usage, but after one day? I think the bearing or the pulley wheel was somehow flawed.
