Having problems with the wiring

I believe that the GT2560 control board has a malfunction. Power is properly running to the control board. I also followed the instructions on what goes where, when it comes to plugging in the wires to the inputs. The "extruder" inputs are not working. I was only sent one "extruder" and it does not work on either input. I was also only sent one "thermistor" and 3 "endstops." I have the Z and the X axis moving, but there is only one working input for the Y axis. There are two stepper motors that are needed to move the Y axis and only one is currently working due to the lack of another working input. Along with that, I was not sent a piece of glass for the heat bed: part number 45.

I would really love to get this printer up and running. Thank you.

what's your printer type? the extruder problem, have you got the temperature to above 170 degrees?
" but there is only one working input for the Y axis. " you might have wrongly connected the Y axis endstop, please check it.

Y axis only have one motor, the Z axis has two motors. I think you must have it wrongly connected. and the glass is not in the kit, you have to buy it yourself cuase it might be damaged during the transportation.
Maybe you can send some pictures here for us to help you check the wirings.
