ERR: Mintemp

I just finished putting together my Prusia i3 x, and updated the fireware. On the button of the LCD screen is an error message that reads "Err: MINTEMP" I checked and rechecked all my connection from the extruder / bed to the board and everything seems in tip top shape. I would like to calibrate my printer, should I fix this error first?

Somewhere of your thermistor might be open circuit or plugged in the wrong place, you can check this link:
