Extruder only reacts how to fix

My extruder will only retract but won't extrude how do I fix this as to I can't find any solutions

It hasn't bin used yet just trying to load it but it only retracts dousnt extrude

you mean the motor direction is inversed, right?
then you need to change the motor direction:
