Geeetech i3 pro- Stepp motor on direction..

Hello!
I bought your printer. I have a problem, stepping motors operate only in one direction. In the opposite direction are not moving and the screen goes out on time for the team. What to do?

Did you home the printer after you powered it on? if not then all the axis will only go in one direction.
And have you checked the endstop wirings? they all should be in MIN ,not the MAX one.

after installing the new firmware, the engine is running normally!I install version "i3x". Why can not warned the goods out of the box you need to ask and it will not work !?

probably installed the wrong firmware..
