When I send a file to my printer, I press print, and the stepper moters go the oposite direction as where the endstops are.
(1) should I make a video because that was not very clear
(2) If you understood it, is there a solution?

Does your printer homing OK? I mean the motor direcitions, are they correct? You can refer to this link to change the motor direction:

I'm not sure, when I started to print, the platform and extruder were going the wrong way, so once it reached the end, the stepper kept spinning, almost breaking the stepper and belt, so I jumped up and punched the off button.

then you motor direciton is wrong, when you click home button, all the axis should go towards the endstop. you can check it.

yes, indeed you can reverse the motor wires to change the direction, but it is easier to set it in the firmware, because the motor socket is undirectional.
