Geeetech D213 specifications

Hello,
I recently purchased THESE but cannot find any specifications for them. Does anyone know what the min/max voltage either on the input or output side is for these? Are there any specifications listed somewhere?
To test them this is what I've tried:
5v+ to HV and 5v- to HVG
LED between OUT1 and HVG
5v+ to In1 and 5v- to GND.
The LED does not light. (I've tested the LED independently of the opto-isolator, and it lights)
Any info is greatly appreciated.
