G2s pro min tep error

just got printer together and loaded firmware. I get a min temp error on LCD and all teps read 0 deg I did some testing even if I unplug thermistors I still get 0 deg. Is board bad?
Or what do I need to do

If the board is not working, you can contact the sales to talk about this.

Leave a message to the seller on the website where you bought the printer, tell them your order number and account ID.
