dual extruder pro C

i have i3 pro C printer and i'm looking for config file to use dual extruder.
I see on the forum that i need a slicer's config file : I3B_2E_config_bundle.ini
i don't find it
please have you got this file to help me

if you cannot download it, pelase tell me your filament size and nozzle size, i will send you one.
