Prusa i3 pro B, Y Axis motor issue, blocking in one way

Post by Amoretti »

Hi i just purchased a prusa i3 pro B and i'm experiencing a problem,

Everything went well building it, and everything is working fine when i'm using the users commands, but when i'm printing after a short moment the y axis motor only move in one way and instead
of moving in the other way it is vibrating, i already tried to resolve it by changing the voltage but it seems that it isn't the issue.

Does anyone have experienced the same problem ?
I would love some help here =)

If every works well when you using manual control, please check your slicing
