Downloading driver issue

We downloaded the driver (tried to connect the printer and the
computer). However, when we tried to open the driver, it
said, "this action requires elevation"(We are
signed in as admin).
After following the instructions given, we were still not
able to open the driver on Windows 7. Is there any way to
fix this?
We tried it with window 10. same message.
