M201 Hotbed not heating.

I have had my M201 for about a month. I shut it down a couple of days ago and when I turned it on yesterday the display came up with room temp/0, 301/0. Checked Mosfet 3 and voltage was 1.2 v. Resistance of the Hotbed was 2.7 ohms. Reflashed the firmware and the Hotbed heated up on restart, display stayed at 301/0. What could be the cause?

Maybe your extruder thermistor is short, check this post for details:

I removed the Hotbed and found the Thermister was shorted. Uncrossed the wires and all is good now.
