g2s pro lcd keypad

Hi,
I've got a little problem with a LCD on a G2s pro.
When i start the printer the LCD screen is Ok, everything works (I can see temperature ect, ect) , i can click on the knob and saw the menu but when I start turning the knob the display become crazy and show strange caracters.
the only way to get it back working is to reset the printer.
Any suggestion ?

Hi,Fred
first,you can swap the wire behind the LCD control panel with another new one,then if it doesn't help yet,upload the corresponding firmware once again.

I"ll try to change the wire, do you know where i can get brand new one ?

Dear Fred，
Maybe you could check the circuit related to LCD like the LCD control panel and the motherboard,and ensure there is the phenomenon of short-circuit.If there is not,then upload the corresponding firmware once again.If it all doesn't work,you can try to change the wire finally.
