Hello, I am a new owner of a Prusa I3 Pro-b Printer. I finally got it put together, calibrated and printed once..But since then the board appears to have died. When pluggin in power I do get a get light but that is about all. When I plug usb cable its not picked up as a new device. I first noticed the problem when the LCD display wasnt visible. Nothing appears to have been shorted on the board.

Hello,
You can have a try to swap SD card cable with LCD cable on the motherboard.
Good Luck

Hi William, Yes sir I tired that as well..Was wondering would any other cables need to be connected to allow for the board to be recognized via usb, other than power cable and usb ?

Hi
So,does the LCD display normally after you've swapped the two cables?
For your question, there is no need for other cables except power and usb cable. You mean your motherboard cann't be recognized on your computer?

Hello William, nothing happens when I check those cables. And, yes that is correct the board isn't recognized in device manager on either of my laptops

Hi,
I guess maybe the driver caused it.I'm afraid you'd better install the driver for GT2560 in manual. Here is the download link:
