Problem with Z-axis lead screw

Hello, I am now testing just assembled new M201 printer. I noticed that, the Z-motors were not able to rotate the lead screw to up/down the extruder head. After several attampts I found that, if I don't attach top plates (Acrylic part # i3E-08, which is used to support extruder motors) then lead screw freely rotates and can take the printer head up/down.
But these top parts are mandatory to fix the extruder motors. I also have noticed that when the lead screws rotate, they are not perfectly alinged vertically due to it's inharent non-streight structure. Could you please adviced me in this regard and help me out? Thanks.

One more thing, i possible, please send me the dimensions of this top part (Acrylic part # i3E-08) so that I can make another part?

Thanks a lot. I used laser cutter to cut the acrylic without a hole for lead screw rather lead screw is kept free now. But I think, Geeetech should come up with the permannent solution to this problem and offer some modification to the newer customers. So customer don't need to do any modification before using. Anyway, thanks again Toy.
