M201 heating problem, PLEASE HELP

Dear friends
I have just assimbled the M201 without any problem. then I went through the process of programing and
calibration. then I loaded the first stl file which is the test cube. inserting the filimant, heating the bed and the extruder is beeing done without any problem. but the problem is that when I give the order of print the temperture of the bed and the extruder drops significantly down which causes blockage. What should I do to keep the temperture aaaas desured???
