SOS ....irduino due Broken min USB

Dear
after waiting to receive My iduino Due , i did unpack it plug it and start seeing the fixture ,my son run next to me and he pull the cable and he actually removed the two mini USB from the board ,i cannot weld them back , they are too small to do the job ,kindly advise a way to program the board .
this is my first participation , if any procedure to followed please advise .
and for the recode this is project for my son school and im helping ,and it is going wrong from the beginning

Hi,
I think it can be soldered by a repairman.Also there are two usable USB ports on it.
About the procedure,cuz the board is open source i think you can find lotta info from GOOGLE.I only can find this:

thank you for your reply i have tried over google to find a way to program it ,and i think it could be with FTDI ,but i need the correct pin to branch it ,and regarding the USB port i could not find a proper technician to solder them see attached photo .

thank you for your kind reply ,still if you can guide me with the correct number you see i am an architect how is working with school project for his son ,so i need to be guided step by step , (if possible)
,the link that you have send i have them since one week ago , and they make me lost, you see i don t like to give up but im almost their
