Printing problem

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a GEEETech Prusia I3 dual extrusion 3D printer. While I am printing, the filament stops coming out of the extruder. Then if I pull the filament out of the extruder, there is about 1 cm long section with increased diameter, it's about 2.3 mm, and it is solid, not fluid. The extruder temperature was set to 230°C. What can be the cause of the problem?

Hi,
You can try pushing down the filament when the extruder was heated to the preset temp,and see if the filament comes out from nozzle freely.
And you take down the fan on extruder to see if the motor moves normally when you send a "extruding" command via Repetier Host.

I tried both of them but they didn't work. :/

Could you show me more details about it?Some videos or pictures?Just an answer i can't learn that much.
