Question about the first start

Hello is my first time who im work with this i assembly all the 3d printer and im wondering now what it need to do more to start printing
I search alot to the google there is no any instruction or how to can some one help me to make it prints?
I read in forum i have to upload the arduino file for the pcb in 3d printer i have this model (Prusa Acrylic I3 stampante 3D Printer support 5 filament MK8)

i did... i assembly it but my problem is wen i try to update the firmware i get error on arduino i change the port i add the type of arduino but i get alot of red lines
I try to move the axis x z y from panel but all seems wrong the axis and the terminal buttons
there is not any clear tutorial all together and im confused :/

there is not any information about the connections and wen im try to add the firmware i get errors
All motors have wrong way and is the 4rth day how im try to post and im waiting the admin to prove it ... ok

OK,maybe you can try Arduino 1.0.1,i guess you're using a recent version?
