Slic3r setting for M201 Prusa I3

Dear Support,

I have lost my setting in Repetier-Host Slic3r for my M201 Prusa I3 and I have tried to figure out what was these settings, and I print some examples but I got a bad printing objects. Would you please send me a file for the best setting parameters for Slic3r that you usually used in your daily work?
