G2S - ABS many problem with extruder : forced feeding !

Hi everybody !

So it was nice to build, setup and print with my new G2S but i print only with ABS (i never test with PLA).

See the video : https://youtu.be/QAsRzLJ6qoA

The extruder force (clac-clac-clac, the motor lost steps) despite :
- Correct mounting, firmware and software.
- Cleaning with ejector pin like this topic : http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 19&t=18149
- Setting screws, 240°C temp and 1,11V at driver like this topic : http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 19&t=17097
- Modify the plastic extruder like this topic : http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 19&t=18259
- Replace plastic extruder by metal extruder.

It's not slicing parameter, i slow extruding (100mm at 2mm/s) via repeiter host.

I'm very unhappy about this, please have you this problem and solve it ???

Thank's so much

Hi,
I have some tips in my mind:
1.You can unplug the feeding tube from the throat tubing, then send "extrude" commend to check if extruder motor feeds the filament normally. If it does normally, then it's not the extruder's problem. You can try the other hotend(your G2s has two).Similarly, you can try another extruder or swapping the extruder driver...
2.You can try 250 degree, also you can printing PLA to check if it is the filament caused it.

PS.You need to get your feeding tubing plugged to deep enough whenever you unplug it,and try feeding the filament with your hand first before you test extruding via Repetier Host and LCD.

Thanks.
As weel, if i deconnect tube from head, the filament feed normally but there are absolutly nos reason to lost step at this case, only if motor or driver is dead.
The problem is same for both extruders.
I already check at 250°C with 2 different ABS filament, there are no benefit but i don't have PLA. Geeetech provide normally 2meter of PLA but in my case, impossible to feed it under 220-230°C, it was ABS. I order another thermistor to check real temperature.
I try different option from long time, for me there are 2 solutions possible : stepper driver is 1A (current not suffisant) or extruder problem like temperature ?

1.How about extruding the filament with you hand when the preset temp reaches?
2.You can swap the driver A4988 of extruder with other motor's first to check it.
3.Maybe the real temperature didn't reach the preset temp,or the thermistor had no a good connection to the heating block, which may cause the temp fluctuation? You can check that and observe if the temp fluctuate too much when printing.
