Rostock-301 Firmware.

Do I have the latest version?
it looks like I took a step backward when I flashed the file that was recommended as "Latest"
was
FIRMWARE_NAME:STM32_3D V1.1 PROTOCOL_VERSION:V1.0 MACHINE_TYPE:301 EXTRUDER_COUNT:3
now
FIRMWARE_NAME:V1.0.02 PROTOCOL_VERSION:V1.0 MACHINE_TYPE:Rostock301 EXTRUDER_COUNT:3
What I did:
1 launch hyper terminal, right com port, 115000Bauds
2 wait the writings as on your screenshots.
3 hold C Key + disconnect icon.
4 Push 1 key
5 send file Ymodem (new 1.0.0.2 firmware), i see the progress in hyperterminal status window, and when finished, some chinese writings in hyper terminal.
Disconnect.
Reset
There were also some posts I saw about updating the bootloader. and a jumper that was not included. (its not a problem I have jumpers)
Is there an updated bootloader I should be using? if so where can I download it?
