Printer homes to right

on my y axis of my geeetech prusa i3 it homes to the right instead of the left where the end stop is. how do i fix this?

The easiest way its modify this parameter in repetier:
Configuration,Configure printer,printer.
In the bottom you have an option "Invert Direction in controls for:" select Y-Axis and press Ok.
Done!
