You couldn't change language of your prusa i3 Pro B,It only supports English.

In other printers it is that changing the configuration of the marlin, it can be done but I need to make sure,
In the language.h section is supposed to be the language configuration,
Theoretically if I do not read it wrong you have to put it on the line #define LANGUAGE_INCLUDE GENERATE_LANGUAGE_INCLUDE (en)
Replace (en) with (es).
