Z axis motors not moving without rods connected

Geeetech Prusa I3 pro C dual extruder 3D

Hi forum,
I just yesterday finished assembling the printer and a few issues arise:
1. X axis (should be left to right movement) is unstable and sometimes gets stuck. - I have checked the belts and the smooth rods leveling I also tried oil but it is still getting stuck and moves unevenly. Anything else you can recommend?
2. (Worst problem) Z axis motors do not move with or without the threaded rods connected. When the motor is without any rods, the motor gitters or vibrates and makes noise but will not move. It will sometimes mowe when moving 1mm, if 10mm it will vibrate.
I also swapped the Z motor with X motor and the motor works fine, seems to be an issue with either the Z ports on the PCB or the power provided by the PCB or system settings. How to get the motors turning? Can the voltage be configured and how?
Thanks for any help.
Cedrik

Hi again,

Further to my previous post, I figured out that the issue was with jumpers, the assembly guide says to only leave the far left jumpers but that was wring, as everything started working after I put all jumpers in.
The only thing now is that some parts of the threaded Z rod are not perfect and it sometimes gets stuck. It does now finifh "auto home" except fot the X axis which is flipped ( thankfuly I already found a post about that).
Also, I noticed that the X axis smooth rod stoppers are better to put on the inside as otherwise the belt tension will bend the Z axis (assembly guide suggest to put them on the outer side).

Any recommendations on how to make the Z threaded rods thread a bit better, it seems that there are impurities with the thread? :)

Thanks,
Cedrik
