Extruder filament problem

Hey guys i have a problem with my geeetech i3 Pro b when im trying to make it pull out 100mm filament i only get about 25mm and i have tryet to turn up the estep but that didn't helped i have also tryet difrent filaments and heats but it just dont want to pull more then about 25-30mm and thats not even close to be enough

Pulling out 100mm for the extruder once is too fast for it.
Maybe you can try pulling it out 10mm everytime to take a look or just print one model to see.

I cant even print a model cause its not pulling enough filament out its just looks like support material
