Geeetech Acrylique Reprap Prusa I3 Pro B filament retraction

hi
i have a Geeetech Acrylique Reprap Prusa I3 Pro B 3D imprimante 3D Printer MK8
i have an issue .... when i start print something... and the printer begins after 3 or 4 minutes of print (everything works ok) but then the motor of the extruder retract the filament and push it pass the gear and then cannot make back in ....... i have no idea why it does that...
