GT2560 - Hotbed and hotend LEDs

I recently had the common issue with my Prusa I3 Pro B where the input connection overheated and melted. To solve this, I read you could desoldered the old 4-pin connector, soldered the input wires directly to the board and add XT60 connectors. Everything is working normally - the hotend and heatbed both heat up and keep consistent temps. I printed a 7hr PLA print yesterday with no issue. Also, I don't have any issues flashing the firmware. The one issue is, the LEDs in the lower right corner of the board do not light up. All other LEDs turn ON except those two.

Can anyone give me a reason for this?

So everything works fine except that two LEDs?
If so,i guess the LEDs were broken somehow because of the melting on the 4-pin connector.
