Hi,
They are problems extruder, axis, distance from the plate or firmware.
I can not understand what it is, the distance from the plate is correct but when I print it's so.

Hi,after watching these videos,I found that the distance between the extruder and the hot bed is too big which it's supposed to be a A4 paper's distance and you need to leveling it again.

Hi,
already leveled several times during the press is going so high.
I have tried reinstalling the firmware and may be configured as the printed date yet makes the same joke.
