Good afternoon,

I am looking for help :
The LCD panel of my Prusa i3 X shows Err: MINTEMP, and 0/0° - 23/0°. I checked many times and everything is properly connected, I have readen topics like "How to slove the problem of MAX/MIN TEMP error(GT2560)" ( viewtopic.php?f=23&t=17030 ).
I've also checked the wires with a multimeter (even though I am not familiar with it), and I think the wires are unharmed. But as my Prusa doesn't work, I'm not sure at all... (°~°)

Thanks for any answer

Hi,in your case, the reason why LCD shows 0/0° is that the thermistor of Extruder may be open circuit.Pleas unwrap it and check the internal connections, trying to repair it.If it still doesn't work, you can buy a new one to instead.

Good evening,

I unwraped the cables and figured out they weren't reaching the thermistor at all. Now it works!
But, well, I used strong glue to fix the problem, and it melted... Woops. What could I use instead?

Thank you so much!

Hi,I think you can use Electric tape.
