Hello everybody.
I'm Francesco, an italian architect and "3d printer" and I have a Geeetech Prusa I3. About three months ago, I tried to clean the extruder but i broke the thermistor. So i changed the termistor but i couldn't work fine until the printer completaly freeze: nothing works, except the board's LEDs. I changed PSU and then a new system of thermistor + resistance , but still it doesn't work. I have definitiley this problem: nothing turn on... not fan, not extruder ...just board leds. I don't know what I have to do... I'm a disaster in electronics...but I need printer for my architectural work. Thanks to everybody and sorry for my english.

Have you gone back to the wiring diagram for the board? (I assume it is a GT2560)

Double check all wiring for correct placement and tightness of wires.

Also, double check the voltage setting on the PSU. It should be either 220 or 110. Make sure that is compatible with your local electric supply.

Not sure if this helps, but just a few thoughts.

Hi,according to what you have mentioned,I think PSU you have changed maybe not compatible.Have you checked the DC output voltage which shoulde be 12V?Please show some pictures or video about the printer.

Hi thanks to everyone and I'm sorry for the late answer... so, i Checked all the connection again again and again...the PSU has the 24V output instead of 12, but the printer's problem came up before changing the PSU

(12V, so i think it is not the problem). The pics show the led turned on when the printer is just connected to the power

, and when it is connected both power and PC

Hi,according to your pictures,I find some wiring are wrong, such as the endstop wiring.

So you'd better check the wiring again by following the building instruction.
