New Easyprint

I have downloaded this new Easyprint
But when I try to install it I get the notice " Corrupt Cabinet file " So it will not install !
This is not a lot of help for me !

I don't even get that!!!
when i click on the link i just get a screen with weird characters in it.
Windows 10 64 bit is my OS and it gives the same result on IE and Edge browsers.
