i try to feel the filament, with my hand, it do not seem that to stepper motor is attracting it (it get it the put it back with very small step)

the bed is not hot, i can touch it with my hand, (in the screen, the two temperature sensors looks working :at the beginning where at the room temperature, then, when printing start, they start to rise to desired Ts)

the PLA size is label 1.75mm 2#

the setting of Filament i tested both ("E in mm3 : off" and "E in mm3 : on, with Fil.Dia. 1 : 3.000" could not set Fil.Dia1 under 2.5)



any idea what the issue could be, and what should be done?

The video shows the printing lacking of the filament, according to my experience, the stepper motor is full of drive ,but the filament accounts for your issue ,white filament has a better performance. what is more ,if the above can't solve your problem, you are able to try to the voltage of motor and calibrate the gap between the nozzle and plate.
