Which type of lead screw

I can't seem to find any specifications on the lead screws used on the a30. I have just bought one, and it has been a fight to get it running smoothly.
The lead screw are not straight, which gives me all kinds of trouble the first 100 mm of a print. I am really desperate to get some new ones on it.
I hope someone can help me.
Regards
Peter

You should contact the related sales and they will send you a new one

I have the same issue and I have talked to the sales people about it and they ignore me. Also my heated bed is now useless because it automatically heats up to the highest temp possible if I turn on my machine. Even if all I do is flip the power switch to the machine.

I think the issue root is the MOSFet
You can try to do this for a test
1.Swap the heat bed cable and nozzle cable of the mainboard
2.Swap the thermistor of the nozzle and heat bed
Then you control item to heat up to 60C
If the issue still exist, you need to contact sales to resend you a new mainboard
